Account deletion and data requests

You can delete your account directly from within most of our products (look in account settings). If you'd prefer to do it by email, send a request from the address on file to support@chaphaus.com and we'll confirm deletion within 30 days.

For data access or portability requests under GDPR or CCPA, the same address works. See the Privacy Policy for the full list of rights and the response timeline.

Response times

We aim to respond to all support emails within one business day (Monday-Friday, U.S. Eastern Time). Account or billing issues are prioritized over general questions and feature requests.

Reporting abuse or content concerns

If you see content on one of our products that violates our Terms of Service — for example harassment, spam, illegal content, or content harmful to minors — please report it through the in-product reporting tool if available, or email support@chaphaus.com with the URL or screenshot. For copyright infringement, follow the DMCA process described in the Terms or email dmca@chaphaus.com.
